5. Warranty Information
Regarding the umbrella bone, we will repair it free of charge if it breaks down during normal use for 6 months after purchase.

6. Repair
Regarding the parasol of untule, we will repair it with the following contents.
- Repair costs are free within 6 months after purchase. 7 months or more are available for a fee.
- In the case of paid repair, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee and round-trip shipping fee in addition to the repair fee.
- We cannot send the repaired parasol together with the ordered product.
- Be sure to remove any dirt from the item to be repaired, and dry the rainwater before sending it to us.
- It may take some time depending on the details of the repair and the time of deposit.
In cases requiring paid repairs, customers are responsible for both the transfer fee and round-trip shipping costs, in addition to the repair fee. Please note that the repaired parasol cannot be shipped together with your ordered product.
