One feature of untule parasols is that they are repaired by veteran craftsmen specializing in umbrellas at a domestic workshop. In order for you to use it for a long time, experienced professional craftsmen will repair it with great care and responsibility, so the finish is meticulous.

6 months free warranty period

Regarding the umbrella bone, we will repair it free of charge if it breaks down during normal use for 6 months after purchase.

For long-term use

Untule can be repaired even after 6 months from the date of purchase. The 100% shading rate will not decrease unless the fabric is torn. If the bone is repaired, it can be used again.

About repair and warranty

Regarding the parasol of untule, we will repair it with the following contents.

*Repair costs are free within 6 months after purchase. 7 months or more are available for a fee.

* In the case of paid repair, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee and round-trip shipping fee in addition to the repair fee.

*We cannot send the repaired parasol together with the ordered product.

*Be sure to remove any dirt from the item to be repaired, and dry the rainwater before sending it to us.
