Customer Purchase Policy 


1. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

- If you received a product different from the one that you ordered— totally our fault, but please understand we are human and busy bees, therefore mistakes will happen, we will do our best to fix it for you!!


2. What to do if something in my order is damaged?

- SO SORRY! If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Or submit a request for return with photos in the messenger inbox. 

- Plz do note we are not accept stitch


3. Can I exchange to others design? 

- SO SORRY all orders from Website  purchase are not allowed exchange item. 


4. What to do if something in my order is damaged? 

- SO SORRY! If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. 


5. When can I get my refunds? 

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, credit will be  into your bank account * info bank account you provided*


6. May I know can I self collect after purchase? 

- HI dear for online purchase are only provide courier service door step with Gdex & J&T. We are suggest you go to our offline official store if you keen for self pick up. 


7. How long the delivery will be take? 

- All orders payment made will be ship within 48 hours/ 2 working days. Delivery will be take 2-3 working days once courier pick up for WEST MY & EAST MY will be take 7 - 9 working days.



退換貨政策


1.   顧客收到商品後,如有發現瑕疵、破損、配件、五金短缺等相關狀況,請於7天之內告知客服您的商品狀況,公司會幫您評估及儘速為您做妥善的後續處理,超過7天客服恕不處理。


2.   顧客收到商品後,可享有7天鑑賞期(含例假日),鑑賞期為共顧客參考、觀賞、品鑑比較商品,並非試用期(使用商品),若顧客需要退換貨(依照退貨程序辦理退貨)時,敬請保持商品包裝的完整,為此我們完全保障您的購物權益。


3.   顧客收到商品後,務必仔細檢查商品是否完整。若是需要做退換貨,凡是有使用過、剪標及拆封五金膜貼之商品公司不接受更換、換貨。


4.  退換貨注意事項:退貨之商品必須將商品恢復到全新商品原狀(包含商品內外包裝袋、吊牌標籤、出貨商品文件、防塵袋、贈品、發票等配件)。      


5.   所有商品皆由工廠批量生產,根據國際驗貨標準AQL,以下情況都不屬於瑕疵範圍:

     非瑕疵範圍即在不影響正常功能使用與外觀的條件下,皆不列入瑕疵範圍:包括螢幕色差、尺寸不符合預期 、人造皮革、染劑味些微的五金刮傷、皮革折痕、邊油不勻、少許線頭(可自行裁剪)些微不對稱、0.5公分以內的小污點或刮痕.....等。在不影響正常功能使用與外觀的條件下皆不列入瑕疵範圍,皆不列入退換貨處理。


6.   下列情形發生可能會影響您的退貨權限:  

      *在不影響您檢查商品的情況下,您將商品包裝毀損、封條拆除、吊牌標籤拆除、五金貼膠撕除等情況產生。

      *在您收到商品期間有7天鑑賞期(含例假日),但您未在期限內檢查商品並告知,超出檢查商品期限皆不退換貨。

      *退貨時發票務必一併退回歸還。


7.    退換貨運費需由買家承擔,海外訂單不接受退換貨,貨運運送過程中,如有造成擠壓到商品的狀況產生,anello® / Legato-Largo®無法接受退換貨,若有任何疑問,請至anello® / Legato-Largo®粉絲專頁私訊告知。退換貨事項須與客服人員聯繫完成,確認後再寄出,自行寄出商品者恕不受理。如需退換貨,商品寄回並自行負擔運費。


8.      7天鑑賞期並非適用期,請保持無佩戴及使用痕跡,若飾品刮傷受損,請恕無法接受退換貨。


9.      依消費者保護法,貼身飾品:耳環(耳針、穿刺型)屬於個人衛生用品,故無鑑賞期並基於個人衛生原則亦不受理退換貨。
